LEARN WITH PLASTIC SHED!

Workshop Aims:
Introduction to recycling plastics by using plastic bottle lids to make flowers.
This workshop is designed for nurseries to offer a creative introduction to creating beautiful flowers from waste plastic bottle lids.
Objectives:
- Counting the bottle lids that are needed to create a flower design.
- Design their own flower with bottle lids on a piece of paper.
- Designs are then heat-pressed by a facilitator and given to the nursery to display as they wish.
This workshop supports Early Years development through Maths (counting and recognising quantities), Expressive Arts & Design (creative exploration with colour, shape, and pattern), and Understanding the World (introducing recycling and caring for the environment).
