Plastic Shed teamed up with Pecha Kucha at the Sadler's Yard Summer Jam to make the front cover for their "Book in a day" project. 

At the Plastic Free Heatons meeting in April, community group Sustainable Living In The Heatons (SLH)  asked for ideas to re-use their old vinyl banners. We've had some ideas...

Woodbank Community Centre now have some new items in their outdoor space for the community to enjoy.

We have been experimenting with turning fruit nets into tassels and using HDPE bottle lids (shredded and melted) to make colourful shapes - piecing it all together to make some pretty funky earrings.

We are working out how to get ourselves set up with the Precious Plastic machines. Mostly we need money, metal and  bright ideas!

In December 2018 we collected clothing delivery packaging from shops in The Mersyway to make snowflake pom poms with members of the public. 

In November 2018 we held our first workshop.

The Wellspring kindly invited us into their warm social space and together we made  Poppies for Remembrance Day using waste plastic bottles.
