Earring making workshop at Lentil and Lather

Lets get crafting AND recycling!! 

Sheets are recycled HDPE plastic (bottle lids), that have been collected and donated by the community of Stockport, will be premade showcasing a huge variety in colours. From a rainbow sprinkle effect to a 'goes with every outfit' black and white speckled effect, and everything in between.

During this workshop we will talk through how these are made, the safety behind the plastics we use and how to identify them.

You will then have the choice of using the sheets we will provide to design and create your very own earrings.

Get inspiration from our existing range of earrings that we will bring with us, or go out side of the box and come up with something new! 

There's no need to be afraid of experimentation and play in this workshop. Started an idea and it hasn't gone to plan? Just pop it in the scraps box and it will be remelted another time to make a fresh sheet for the next workshop! Nothing will be wasted, that's the beauty of recycled plastic waste!

Everything you need will be supplied to leave with a finished set of earrings, or maybe even a few if you get the hang of it! 

We even have a very limited number of necklace chains... so you may even be able to make a matching set!
